Completed in late 2025, this 320 m² contemporary residence in Bangkok showcases the full versatility of the Atlas product range. Designed for a private client with an extensive art collection, the house demanded glazing systems that would protect the interiors from UV and heat while offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding garden.
The VE108IN ventilation windows were specified for the bedrooms, providing quick, controlled ventilation through floor-to-ceiling opaque side-hung vents. Hidden multi-point locking and PET high-transparency mesh ensure security and comfort without visual clutter.
In the main living pavilion, W118P parallel-opening windows create narrow 20cm apertures that allow fresh air to circulate while maintaining a high level of security — essential for an urban setting. The anti-falling engineering and integrated fly screen system make the W118P equally suitable for multi-storey applications.
For the main entrance and garden access, D90OU casement doors and B70W bi-fold systems were installed. The bi-fold doors, tested to 50,000 repeat cycles, fold back completely to transform the living room into an open-air pavilion — perfect for entertaining in Bangkok's tropical climate.
This residence is a testament to how Atlas systems can be mixed and matched to meet the specific demands of climate, security, and aesthetics.
