Every room in this 380 m² residence features Atlas systems, from the expansive W80OU casement windows that frame the living areas, to the W123OUS integrated screen windows that provide insect protection without compromising the clean sightlines. The result is a home where interior and exterior dissolve into one another, bathed in natural light.
What makes this project particularly special is the seamless integration of our D90OU casement doors, which create dramatic thresholds between the indoor living spaces and the outdoor landscape. With ultra-slim profiles and hidden multi-point locking, the doors deliver both security and visual purity.
"The architect wanted the frame to disappear," says our Singapore project team. "We achieved that by controlling every component in-house — from glass tempering to final assembly."
The villa now stands as a benchmark for what bespoke minimalist fenestration can achieve in tropical climates.
